My name is Theo Wallace, and I am the founder of HOOP STARS 21, INC., a nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting and guiding youth away from the dangers of drugs, alcohol, and violence through basketball games, tournaments, and mentorship programs. Our mission is to steer youth toward a positive and disciplined environment where they can develop their skills, build character, and achieve their full potential. 

Through sports, we teach self-discipline, teamwork, leadership, and perseverance, encouraging our youth to focus on success both on and off the court.

As a nonprofit organization, we focus solely on giving back to our community. Unlike many sports programs, our events are designed not for profit, but for passion and unity. We proudly provide opportunities for everyone to get involved—regardless of background or skill level. Our dedication to serving the community is what truly sets us apart.
